Minna Felig: Lawyer Turned Legal Recruiter and Management Consultant

Minna Felig is a mother of four children, aged 6 - 13, who started off practicing entertainment and intellectual property law in the United States. After moving to Israel in 1992, she was a hi-tech lawyer until her work began to interfere with her family life. At that point she decided to open a recruitment company for the legal profession.  When she started, the whole concept of legal recruiting was virtually unknown in Israel. But Felig's persistence has paid off, and she now operates Felig/Lindy Legal with partner Kimberly Lindy (a former organizational consultant), which provides recruiting and management consulting services to law firms in Israel and abroad.

See Felig's full story here.
