Success Story: Harleen Kahlon: From Law to Damsels in Success

Kahlon After graduating Yale Law School, Harleen Kahlon practiced law at Seyfarth Shaw then migrated to an attorney recruiting position at David Carrie. She now presides over Damsels in Success - a site designed to spark dialogue between professional women on topics related to career, family and life. At the heart of the site is the Professional Women's Forum, essentially a group blog moderated by pre-selected women working in a variety of industries. Each Forum member is responsible for a monthly post in which she writes on an important professional topic, or shares an instructive and inspiring professional experience. Members include a Wall Street investment manager, a journalist, a Yale professor, a surgeon, and a fashion designer - we also noticed one currently practicing attorney and two former attorneys (not including Kahlon).
