Who struggles more with work-life balance: working mothers or fathers?

From today's New York Post comes the question: Who struggles more with work-life balance: working mothers or fathers?

Answer: depends. According to a survey by consulting firm Adecco, 50% of working mothers believe their male counterparts struggle less with work life balance than they do, but only 29% of working dads agreed with this conclusion.  Maybe too many dads are suffering in silence instead of communicating their struggles to their partners.

Also interesting: 25% of fathers say that they dedicate more time to their work life while 32 percent say they’re dedicating more to their family life. That's a pretty nice percentage of dads who focus more on family than work.
